I enlisted Jay's services while I was an interstate buyer and working FIFO, which meant I wasn't able to inspect properties myself. From the get-go, Jay was awesome to work with and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a property. Throughout the process, Jay walked through a huge number of properties and filmed walkthroughs of each one so I could see them for myself from the other side of the country. He was always happy to provide honest feedback and make sure each property ticked the boxes before we moved forward, which made the whole process so much easier. It didn't take long at all before we found the right property, and Jay was able to secure it for a great price. Once we found the property, Jay continued to be a huge help right through to getting the keys and even after settlement. Couldn't recommend Jay highly enough. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting the right result for you and is willing to go the extra mile, I'd highly recommend Jay!

I live in regional WA and needed to secure a home purchase in Perth in preparation to move there later this year. In an extraordinarily busy market, Jay from Edge Property Solutions was my eyes and ears on the ground. Jay's approach to his work means that he will always have your best interests at the forefront of his endeavours (no two clients with the same brief, and the number of clients he represents limited so that he can represent all his clients fairly and comprehensively). He is genuinely motivated by client satisfaction. At a personal level, Jay is personable, responsive and incredibly tolerant of my ever changing brief and budget that ultimately allowed him to find me a home that ticked all my boxes (close to city, good transport links, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, quiet residential street) at a competitive price. His approach to secure my home was both strategic and considered, and an important lesson for me in how to secure a price that is not excessive in the current market. Having spoken to three other Buyer's Agents, I am confident that in choosing Jay at Edge Property Solutions, I chose the right person to represent me on my journey. I have no reservation in recommending Jay and would gladly use his services again.
