Who we are
Edge Property Solutions is a buyer's agency based in Perth, Western Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Edge Property Solutions. You can reach us on 08 6285 1749 or at info@edgepropertysolutions.com.au.
What we collect
We collect personal information you choose to give us. On this website that is the enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about the property you are looking for. One of those forms asks about your timeline, locations and approximate budget, so you may choose to tell us a budget figure. No form on this site asks for identity documents, bank or card details, or payment information, and you should not send them to us through it.
We also receive some information automatically when you visit. This site loads the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel on every page, which tells Meta that your browser visited, sets cookies, and records when an enquiry form is submitted so we can measure our advertising. Our hosting provider may also count page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to understand what you are looking for, and to provide our buyer's agency services if you engage us. We use the aggregate visit counts to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
These are the third parties this website uses, and what each one receives:
- Marketli runs this website and holds our enquiry records. What you type into a form is delivered to us through Marketli.
- Meta (Facebook) receives an advertising pixel event on every page view and when an enquiry is submitted.
- Cloudflare provides the "are you human" check on our enquiry forms, which sees your IP address and browser.
- Google serves the fonts this site uses, which means Google sees your IP address on every page, and provides the map on our contact page when you choose to load it.
- Calendly handles bookings when you choose to book a discovery call.
- Vercel hosts the site and serves every page.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. Beyond them, we share your information with a third party only where it is part of providing the service you asked for, or where the law requires it. We do not sell it.
Storage and security
Enquiry records are held in Marketli, the platform that runs this website, behind access controls. We can see them, and so can Marketli's own staff in the course of running the platform. No system is perfectly secure, so we hold only what we need, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was given.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@edgepropertysolutions.com.au and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to us first at the address above. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the body that oversees the Australian Privacy Principles, at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
