Our story
Why Edge exists.
When Jay and Reena arrived in Perth in 2011, they did what most people do: hired the biggest buyer's agent in town. It was a decision they'd regret. The agent never asked about their goals. He simply showed them properties within budget. The properties they bought were heavy on maintenance and light on returns.
Jay had already spent over a decade in property by then, starting in real estate in the UK in the late 1990s, then buying his first investment property at 23, with three more to follow. Reena brought an ACCA-qualified accountant's eye for the numbers. Together, since landing in Perth, they've bought three more investment properties, built two homes from the ground up, and renovated and subdivided along the way.
That combination, three decades of buying, building and holding property with their own money across two countries, is what Edge was built on. Not to be another buyer's agency. To be the one Perth was missing.
