Do I need to be in Perth to buy through Edge?
No. Most of our FIFO clients never inspect the property themselves before settlement. We personally walk through and film every property under consideration, so you see exactly what we see and can make the call from site. We will never ask you to buy somewhere we haven't inspected ourselves.
How does this work around a 2:1 or similar roster?
We fit around your swing, not the other way around. Calls, updates and decisions happen whenever you can take them, whether that's a rostered day off, a smoko break or after hours on site. Nothing about the process requires you to be reachable during your working days.
What does it cost?
